This is Superburger location #1, the “Old Gal” herself. Since the 1950s, we’ve been serving char-grilled burgers in one of Santa Rosa’s most familiar neighborhoods.
Located on 4th Street near the McDonald Historic District and a short drive from downtown Santa Rosa, this is where generations have gathered for burgers, fries and hand-scooped shakes.

Meet Superburger location #1, the “Old Gal” herself. She has been sending the smell of charbroiled burgers down 4th Street since the 1950s and has no plans to start acting her age.
Multiple generations of Superburger fans have eaten at our old-school U-shaped counter. On a warm Sonoma County day, head on over for a burger, fries and a handmade shake. Dogs are welcome outside, and the patio is accessible.

Along with our Angus beef burgers, we serve charbroiled chicken sandwiches, plant-based burgers (vegetarian option), all beef hotdogs, fries, onion rings, tater tots, old-school chili and more.
Shakes
Our shakes are hand-scooped and spun one at a time in more flavors than most reasonable people would attempt. Chocolate, blackberry, fresh banana, peanut butter mocha malt, Butterfinger, orange creamsicle and old-fashioned strawberry are only the beginning.
Patio
Counter service, table service and takeout are available. Seating includes the old-school indoor counter, indoor tables and an accessible outdoor patio. Dogs are welcome in the outdoor seating area.
